Shawn & Lisa Stewart Family

Shawn has left for Arkansas (of course by the time this goes out he will be home), and Emma gets up every morning and asks me how many day until daddy comes home. The second day Shawn was gone Isaac was so upset with Shawn that he wouldn’t talk to my dad at all. I got to be #1 for the day.

Emma starts Kindergarten in just 2 short weeks. I can’t believe she is already so grown up. It simply isn’t fair. She is already reading and writing (although her spelling still has a long way to go) and she is finally grasping math concepts.

I just interviewed last Friday with USU for their education program, there are 144 applicants an only 60 slots. I guess we will find out soon enough if I won the lottery or not. There is nothing like putting all your eggs in one basket.

Life is still on hold here in regards to employment out of state. I’m sure glad we didn’t sell our house in March like we had planned. I will let everyone know when we know.

The girls were in the bathroom for a long time and when I went into check on them this is what they looked like.

This yucky stuff was intended to be pretend eye make up for little girls. I guess they figured the more the better.
